1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the website www.oshacoursespro.com (the “Site”), operated by OSHA Courses Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any courses.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services Overview
OSHA Courses Pro provides online OSHA Outreach safety training courses, including OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour programs for the Construction and General Industry sectors. Our courses are delivered through a third-party learning management system (Learnshare LMS) and are designed to meet the requirements of the OSHA Outreach Training Program.
Upon successful completion of an OSHA Outreach course, students will receive an official DOL (Department of Labor) card. Please allow 3–5 weeks for DOL card delivery after course completion.
3. Eligibility
OSHA Outreach training courses are available only to students located within the United States or certain U.S. territories and commonwealths. Students will need a valid U.S. mailing address for DOL (Department of Labor) card processing and delivery.
By enrolling in a course, you represent that you are of legal working age and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
4. Account Registration
When you purchase a course, you will be redirected to our learning management system (Learnshare LMS) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. OSHA Courses Pro is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the student, including but not limited to incorrect name spelling on your DOL (Department of Labor) card or failed card delivery due to an incorrect mailing address.
5. Course Access and Expiry
After purchasing a course, you will have unlimited time to begin the course. There is no deadline to start. However, once you begin the course (first login to the course material), you must complete it within six (6) months.
If you fail to complete your course within the 6-month window after starting, your access may expire and you may need to re-purchase the course. Extensions are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting our support team.
6. Pricing and Payment
All course prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. Current pricing is as follows:
- OSHA 10-Hour (Construction & General Industry): $59
- OSHA 30-Hour (Construction & General Industry): $159
- Bundle (OSHA 10 + OSHA 30): $199
Prices are subject to change at our discretion. Any promotional discounts or offers are valid only for the period specified and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. OSHA Courses Pro does not store your credit card or payment information on our servers.
7. DOL (Department of Labor) Card
Students who successfully complete an OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour Outreach course will receive an official DOL (Department of Labor) card. The DOL card is issued by the U.S. Department of Labor through the OSHA Outreach Training Program and is shipped to the mailing address provided during registration.
Please allow 3–5 weeks for DOL card delivery after course completion. Delivery timelines are managed by the DOL and are outside of our direct control. OSHA Courses Pro is not responsible for delays caused by the DOL, postal services, or incorrect addresses provided by the student.
If you need a replacement DOL (Department of Labor) card, please contact us at support@oshacoursespro.com. Replacement card availability and fees may vary.
