1. Our Commitment

At OSHA Courses Pro, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our OSHA training courses and want every student to feel confident in their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if you have completed fewer than 2 hours of coursework. The 2-hour window is measured by your progress within the course, not by the time elapsed since your purchase.

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You have completed less than 2 hours of course content.
  • You have not attempted or completed any final exam, test, or quiz.
  • You have not been issued a certificate of completion.
  • You have not requested or received a DOL (Department of Labor) card.

3. Refund Processing Fees

Depending on the reason for your refund request, the following fees apply:

3.1 Change of Mind

If you are requesting a refund due to a change of mind or personal decision and you meet all eligibility conditions, a 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

3.2 Technical Issues or Other Valid Reasons

If you are requesting a refund due to technical difficulties, billing errors, or other valid reasons, a flat $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You have completed 2 or more hours of coursework.
  • You have attempted or completed any final exam, test, or quiz.
  • A certificate of completion has been issued to you.
  • A DOL (Department of Labor) card has been requested or processed on your behalf.
  • Your account has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@oshacoursespro.com with the following information:

  • Your full name (as registered on the course).
  • Your order ID or confirmation number.
  • The reason for your refund request.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

6. Course Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong course (for example, OSHA 10-Hour Construction instead of OSHA 10-Hour General Industry), please contact us as soon as possible at support@oshacoursespro.com. We will do our best to accommodate course exchanges provided you have not completed more than 2 hours of coursework.
